The uncooked meat is translucent with a hint of marine blue in its depths, but once cooked the flesh is pure white. This is a traceable product of Wild Lingcod that are caught off the northwest coast of British Columbia, from the pristine waters of the Northern Pacific Ocean by Lax Kw’alaams First Nation fisheries.
