Stellako Select Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon is canned in British Columbia from fish harvested by Stellat’en First Nation. It comes from a small-scale fishery, and we chose premium grade sockeye for this can: firm, deep red wild salmon with the rich flavour sockeye is known for.
Each 150g can holds 35g of protein. The salmon is smoked and sealed in the can, so it keeps in the pantry and is easy to take along.
It costs a little more than our other canned salmon. The difference is the fish itself: premium grade wild sockeye from a small community fishery, not high volume commercial catch.
Ways to use it
Flake it over a salad, stir it into pasta or rice, spread it on crackers or toast, or fold it into scrambled eggs.

This salmon comes from Stellat’en First Nation, which harvests sockeye as a small-scale fishery. Buying it supports Indigenous fisheries and keeps the harvest in the community.
